I help people heal the root of emotional pain, patterns, and disconnection so they can return to the freedom, joy, and wholeness that is their true nature.

Through clairvoyant insight, somatic healing, and compassionate guidance, I support lasting transformation that ripples forward—creating freedom for generations. My mission is to awaken wisdom, freedom and embodied joy within each person, inviting them to live aligned with their soul’s deepest truth.

I envision a world where we remember the intelligence of our bodies, the power of our hearts, and the divine essence within us all. A world where healing the root frees us from inherited pain, restoring the possibility of living fully—connected, joyful, and awake.

In this new world there is more dancing, singing, creativity and freedom and safety for all.  

Through my 1:1 work, group gatherings, education, and media, I seek to spark a collective awakening—where each person becomes a living example of what is possible—and each soul may embody its truth and create a life of love, presence, and limitless possibility.

• Root Cause Readings became possible through Clairvoyant, Clairaudient and other skills that evolved over decades of my practice as a somatic and transpersonal therapist.

• Over years of your life experience, there have been emotions, needs and developmental processes that got stuffed, neglected or thwarted.  Each experience does not have to be addressed, but the root causes of the patterns and habits you want to change, need to be located and 'pulled out' or healed.  This is the fastest route to sustainable, lasting change that I have seen.

Once I know what you most desire, we will have a 15 minute consult to discuss your package questions and confirm.

In each meeting you receive new information in practical terms, about the Root Causes of the patterns and habits that stop you from experiencing what you most want.  

You can stop managing symptoms and start living more freely after the Root is removed.  

Information about the Root comes from looking into layers of your energy patterning, where I can see what cycles of thoughts, beliefs, and emotional stuck points that are in the way of the shift you want.    

For example, if you live with fears, a sense of hopelessness or a belief about unworthiness, how can you experience sustainable happiness?  or the success you seek?

When the Root Cause is identified and healing is brought in, you experience the release of the tension that blocks natural vitality, clarity and freedom.

Beyond Root Cause Identification, in each appointment you  experience change in brain wave states as well as physiological and heart coherence shifts.  In this state your innate vitality, peace or trust, can arise with greater ease.  

Somatic healing is the practice of releasing stored emotional and physical pains through techniques that connect a person to their physiology and physical body.  It incorporates awareness combined with attention and breath or sometimes movements.

My 25 years study and practice of Somatics has helped me to fast-track the process with minimal talk or story.  The experience is much different than common somatic therapy. 

• What you feel after the session is a new experience of regulation combined with freedom from the Root that maintained your habit/pain.  As new neural networks are created and then sustained, your inherent vitality can circulate more freely throughout the body. 

After deep physiological shifts--which in these appointments will feel almost effortless-- all follow up becomes easier and more automatic.
